Ulster have agreed a deal to bring Limerick-born lock Frank Bradshaw Ryan to Kingspan Stadium.
The 26-year-old will link up with the province in the summer and joins from French D2 side USON Nevers.
Bradshaw Ryan has been playing in France for the last six years but is now poised to return home, having signed a one-year deal.
Prior to his departure to the continent, he spent time in Munster's sub-Academy and also featured for Ireland at under-19 level.

โIโm absolutely delighted to have signed for Ulster," the towering lock, who stands at over six feet five inches, said.
"It is a top club, based in a fantastic city. I love watching Ulster play at the moment, and they are playing a great brand of rugby โ and itโs a style of rugby that I really enjoy playing.
โI can see with some of Ulsterโs recent signings, together with the top young players coming through, that they are intent on achieving big things.
"After spending six seasons in France, I canโt wait to get over and get started as, with the set-up and coaches that Ulster have, I feel itโs a great place for me to keep learning and improving as a player.โ
Ulster head coach Dan McFarland said the addition of Bradshaw Ryan will be significant ahead of next season.
โFrank has worked hard in France over the last number of years to develop his game and will offer us something different at lock.
"We look forward to welcoming him this summer and seeing what he can deliver both on and off the field for Ulster.โ
