Ian Madigan's spell at Bordeaux-Begles may only be for one season.
Reports in Midi-Olympique, claim that the Dubliner is looking to get out of the second year of his two-year deal with a move to the English Premiership looking the most likely option.
French-based rugby journalist Gavin Mortimer reported that the Top 14 side may try and replace Madigan with Toby Flood. The former English international has been based in France with Toulouse since 2014.

Madigan joined the team last summer from Leinster, but has struggled with injuries in his opening season in the south of France. He has not started a game in the Top 14 in 2017, as New Zealand prospect Simon Hickey continues to impress.
Before confirming his move to France, Madigan was linked with a move to either Bristol or Harlequins. Since moving to France, the 27-year-old has not played for Ireland, and a potential move to England may not improve his international aspirations.
