Peter O'Mahony has trained with Munster on Wednesday ahead of their Pro 12 encounter with Treviso this weekend.
It therefore remains uncertain if that means he won't be part of the Ireland squad this Saturday when they face Australia in the final November series test match.
It's also still not known if CJ Stander will make that game for Ireland following his injury against New Zealand last weekend.
Both Stander and O'Mahony had been declared fit on Tuesday for the weekend's match against Australia.
Stander had been following return to play protocols after the defeat to New Zealand and but had been said to be making good progress in his recovery, despite remaining unable to take a full part in training.
O'Mahony has been building back after a long-term knee injury which had kept him out since the 2015 Rugby World Cup until October of this year.

O'Mahony was one of a number of Munster players released from the Ireland squad with John Ryan, Billy Holland and Jack O’Donoghue also made available to the province.
