Full-back Matt Gallagher is back in training with Munster after three months on the sidelines with a shoulder injury.
The summer signing from Saracens has been out since suffering the injury in the Reds' victory against Zebre back in November.
He'll now boost their back-three options as Johann van Graan's squad continue their preparations for the Guinness PRO14 final with Leinster by hosting Scarlets on Friday night.
Chris Cloete is a doubt for that clash at Thomond Park, he'll have a scan this week on the ankle injury the South African picked up in last weekend's three-point win over Connacht.
Shane Daly has been released from the Ireland camp for Friday's match, but scrum-half Craig Casey, full-back Andrew Conway and centre Chris Farrell are back with Andy Farrell's squad.
Neil Cronin (knee), Dan Goggin (hand), and RG Snyman (knee) are all continuing their rehabilitation from injury.
