Leinster will host Connacht at the Aviva Stadium in their last 16 meeting in the Heineken Champions Cup.
The game - set for Friday April 15th (Good Friday) at 5.30pm - is the second leg of their knockout tie.
The first encounter takes place seven days earlier at Galway's Sportsground.
Munster's first leg away to Exeter will take place on Saturday, April 8th, with the second leg the following Saturday at Thomond Park.
Ulster go away to Toulouse on Saturday the 8th, before hosting the French side in Belfast seven days later.
The novel two-legged format - in place for the first time - will add an element of intrigue as sides jostle for a place in the quarter-finals.
In a statement today, the EPCR said "dramatic outcomes in packed stadiums are certain to be the order of the day as the four highest-ranked clubs in each pool are scheduled to play their second leg matches at home."
