Rob Kearney has returned to lead Leinster from full-back and is one of 11 changes for the trip to Cardiff Blues in the Guinness PRO12 tomorrow (2.40pm).
Kearney captains the side with brother Dave on the left wing and Fergus McFadden selected on the right.
Marty Moore will have his first involvement since October after recovering from a shoulder injury.
It's a new centre partnership with Noel Reid at 12 and Ben Te'o outside.
Luke McGrath starts at scrum-half with Jimmy Gopperth selected at 10.
