Noel Reid will claim the number 12 jersey for the 14th time this season, with Rory O’Loughlin returning from a shoulder injury to partner him in the centre.
Luke McGrath and Ross Byrne start together as outhalves for the first time since Leinster's win over Ulster on New Year's Eve.
Cian Healy is back from Ireland's Six Nations campaign, and will join Richardt Strauss and Michael Bent in Leinster's pack.
