The opening game of the 2017 Lions Tour is still over six months away, but that's not stopping squad predictions taking place already.
Ireland are the only team facing New Zealand in the Autumn Internationals, that can provide players to Warren Gatland's squad. The All Blacks also play France this month, having played Italy last weekend.
Players from Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales have only over a handful of international games left to prove their worth, with squad predictions hitting fever pitch next Spring during the Six Nations.
That has not stopped The Telegraph picking a squad, based on current form, and ten Irish players named in the 37-man squad. If the ten Irish players picked did travel, it would include four rookies.
Jack McGrath, Devin Toner, CJ Stander and Robbie Henshaw would join previous tourists, Cian Healy, Rory Best, Jamie Heaslip, Conor Murray, Johnny Sexton and Rob Kearney.
There is no place in the team for the likes of Sean O'Brien, Peter O'Mahony or Simon Zebo.
With six months to go, it is interesting to see how Irish players are looked upon in Britain.
