The in-form winger - who is the leading try scorer with six in the URC this season - returns from a calf injury to take his place in the starting XV.
It's one of two changes for the westerners from the team that lost to Leicester in the Heineken Champions Cup a fortnight ago.
Oisin Dowling comes in to start in the second row.
Munster, meanwhile, have handed 20-year-old Alex Kendellen a first start.
The academy graduate is poised to start in the back row having made his European debut against Castres a fortnight ago.
It's one of seven changes to Johann Van Graan's side for the visit to the Sportsground.
Mike Haley makes his first start since October at full-back, with Shane Daly also handed a starting role.
Craig Casey and Ben Healy are the 9-10 combination.
Stephen Archer, Gavin Coombes and Fineen Wycherley all come into the pack, along with Kendellen.
