Leinster backs coach Girvan Dempsey has been linked with a move to France's Top 14.
According to French rugby daily Midi Olympique, the former Ireland international full back is in advanced talks with Bordeaux president Laurent Marti about replacing Emile Ntamack who is leaving for Toulouse.
Back in 2015, Dempsey was confirmed as Leinster full time backs coach until the end of the 2016-17 season, having served in other coaching roles at the province from 2010.
Meanwhile, Ntamack is current backs coach at Bordeaux, the club where Ireland and former Leinster out half Ian Madigan moved to in 2016, although the 28 year old will now link up with outgoing Connacht head coach Pat Lam at Bristol from the 2017-18 season.
Although @midi_olympique does say that Bordeaux president Laurent Marti is "in advanced talks" with Girvan Dempsey. Seems like he'll...
