Leo Cullen has raised questions about the recent spike in interest in Leinster players from Ireland's other three provinces.
He spoke to OTB AM following reports that Jack McGrath may be an Ulster player by the time the 2019/20 season kicks off:
"The reality is, for whatever reason, other provinces are looking at players that we have here. You can argue about the merits, what's 'right,' and what's 'wrong.'
"For us we are just trying to create a place here [where] that player can be as successful as they possibly can in the group environment, and also as individuals."

He added that player moves are a complicated mix of decisions by clubs and players.
Reports emerged yesterday that Jack McGrath may move North, even though there is one year left on his national contract, in search of more game time.
"McGrath is understood to have initiated the move and talks are at an advanced stage, but a deal has not yet been finalised," Rúaidhrí O'Connor reported in the Irish Independent.
