Connacht have confirmed the signings of Munster duo Sammy Arnold and Conor Oliver, and Leinster pair Jack Aungier and Oisin Dowling.
All four players will join the Western Province from July 1st with Arnold, Dowling and Aungier all agreeing two-year contracts.
Arnold has made 44 appearances for Munster since joining from Ulster in 2016 and made his Ireland debut against USA in the 2018 Autumn Internationals.
Back row Conor Oliver has featured 28 times for Munster since making his debut in February 2016 and was named Munster Academy Player of the Year the following season.
Jack Aungier made his Leinster senior debut last November and the prop has gone on to make 5 appearances for the side in the current Guinness PRO14 season.
Oisin Dowling played 6 times in the second row for the Leinster senior squad in the past two seasons.
Connacht Head Coach Andy Friend said: "In Sammy, Conor, Oisin and Jack we have secured the signings of four very talented and promising young Irish rugby players.
"They each have unique skillsets which will enhance our squad for next season and beyond, and will allow us to continue to grow as a program.
"We’re all looking forward to welcoming them to The Sportsground and integrating them into our playing squad."
Commenting on the player departures, Head Coach Johann van Graan said: "I would like to thank Conor and Sammy for everything they have done for Munster Rugby.
"As two young hugely talented players they both have very bright futures ahead and we wish them every success."
Munster also announced that tighthead prop Roman Salanoa was making the move from Leinster on a two-year deal.
The Hawaiian represented the USA at under-20 level in 2016 before moving to Dublin in 2017.
Salanoa, now 22, made three appearances for Leinster in the Pro14 this season.
Hawaiian Salanoa represented the USA U20s as an 18-year-old in 2016 and made the move to Dublin in 2017.
Van Graan added: "We are delighted to add to our tighthead options with the signing of Roman.
"He is an exciting prospect and we look forward to welcoming him to the province."
