Munster flanker CJ Stander says progressing to the Guinness PRO12 Championship final this week could be the perfect send-off for players leaving the province this summer.
Donnacha Ryan looks set to join Racing 92 at the end of the season, while the Irish Independent report that the province also looks set to part with Francis Saili.
Speaking ahead of Friday's semi-final clash with Welsh side Ospreys, Stander says a chance to lift some silverware would be the ideal way to say goodbye to those leaving.
"It would be a good send-off for them," he said. "To have us all together in Limerick will be special. Hopefully we can make it to the final and the whole squad can be there. We'll celebrate something, it could be really special.
"There's some players who haven't won a lot in their senior careers, so it would be nice to send them off with something."

Munster finished the regular season by running in seven tries against reigning PRO12 champions Connacht. They sit top of the table ahead of provincial rivals, Leinster.
The South African native, who has been a key player within the Irish national team over the past 18 months, says that weeks building up to the big games are ones players strive to be part of.
"I've said this a few times but these are the weeks you want to be involved in. You want to be one of that 23. We've worked very hard to get here.
"If we go into the game playing the way we have been all year and keep Ospreys under wraps, it'll be a good game.
"But if we give them the ball, they'll attack from everywhere. They're a good team and they have performed when it mattered - at the end of the year."
Munster welcome the Ospreys to Thomond Park on Friday evening and Stander explained the importance of having home comforts.
"To get your home supporters into the stadium and not travelling for me personally is very important. We've worked hard to get to this point, but the job's not over yet."
