Jack Conan will make his 100th appearance for Leinster in Friday's Guinness PRO14 game away to the Dragons.
Harry and Ross Byrne will start a Leinster game together for the first time, while Luke McGrath will captain the side.
Max O’Reilly starts at full-back with Cian Kelleher and Dave Kearney selected on the wings.
Ross Byrne will be partnered in the centre by the fit-again Rory O’Loughlin and McGrath is joined by Harry Byrne in the half-backs.
In the pack, Peter Dooley, James Tracy and Michael Bent are the front row selected by Leo Cullen.
Ross Molony and Ryan Baird form the second row pairing and it's a back row of Josh Murphy, Scott Penny and Conan, who will win his 100th cap for the Province almost seven years on from his debut.
20-year-old loosehead prop Marcus Hanan could make his debut off the bench should he be introduced.
