RTE have announced that they will be showing highlights from Irish sporting lore, during the coronavirus lockdown.
The announcement will come as welcome news to sports fans looking for their fix and covers most of the sporting bases.
Starting on @RTE2 and @RTEplayer at 9.30pm on Thursday, RTÉ Sport Classics will run every Thursday for 10 weeks covering GAA, soccer, rugby and hockey.
There’ll also be additional Champions League classics on Tuesdays.

Thursday 16 April
GAA - Clare v Offaly All-Ireland Hurling Final 1995
Clare break their duck after 81 years away.
Thursday 23 April
GAA - Cork v Waterford, Munster Hurling Final, 2004

Thursday 30 April
