Republic of Ireland and Manchester United legend Roy Keane is remembered for many different things, however for Manchester City alumn Micah Richards, he is most remembered for his terrible celebration against City.
Keane played over 320 matches for United, including a number of memorable Manchester derbies. Similarly, played in just under 180 matches for City, of which many were against the Red Devils.
While Keane was at the end of his United career in the same year that Richards joined City, the pair never faced off in a derby encounter.
In the build-up to the Manchester Derby on Sunday, March 5th, the pair previewed the big match on Sky Sports.
"I was running to the crowd" 🤣 @MicahRichards
"Very childish" 😂

Both Richards and Keane were asked about their favourite memories of the derby. Richards singled out his assist of Sergio Aguero's goal in the historic 6-1 victory in 2011 over United.
"Look at the timing of the run," Richards said. "You talk about the strength and power, but look at the finesse of the pass there.
"It was one of the greatest memories that I have in the derby."
However, the conversation quickly turned to the pictures, or lack thereof, of Richards' celebration.
"I was running to the crowd! I was absolutely milking it! What a day that was," Richards said. Keane, on the other hand was not impressed with Richards' celebration. "It's very childish," Keane joked.

Keane, on the other hand, thought that his favourite memory of the game was hi match-winner in the 1993 derby which saw United win 3-2, having trailed by two early in the match.
"We should have never have been 2-0 down," Keane said. "A proper fullback crossed it and it was a nice little tap in."
Richards, quick to retaliate from Keane's 'childish' remark, pointed out the 'worst celebration' he had ever seen.
"What is that celebration?!" Richards said. "That is the worst celebration that I have ever seen. What is it, talk me through that, please?"
"When you get the winner, in the last kick of the game," Keane said. "I should have scored a couple in the first half, but that was a proper United team that."
