The planned Pre Cheltenham Raceday at Navan has fallen victim to the weather.
Storm Jorge is due to hit the country at midday on Saturday, bringing with it 130km/h winds and a risk of flooding.
Met Éireann has issued an orange wind warning for Clare, Galway Kerry and Mayo from 6.00am on Saturday to 3.00am Sunday.
A warning will also be in place for Donegal, Leitrim and Sligo from 12.00pm Saturday to 3.00am Sunday.
With that in mind, Horse Racing Ireland has confirmed the seven-race card at Navan has been cancelled for safety reasons.
The Navan meeting's been rescheduled for Tuesday March 3.
The Limerick point-to-point meeting at Ballycahane, and the Carbery point-to-point fixture at Bandon - both scheduled for Sunday - have been postponed as the tracks were deemed unfit for racing.
Both fixtures have been rescheduled to Saturday March 7.
