Johnny Sexton joins OTB AM for a wide-raning interview this morning - you can watch #OTBAM live every morning across Off The Ball from 7.45am - your sports breakfast show!
The Irish Rugby no.10 takes a breath to assess the 2019 Six Nations so far - the Italy reaction, how he deals with off the ball hits and rough treatment in games, processing the England defeat, the impact of Joe Schmidt's departure and his relationship with Joey Carbery.
Pinpointing reasons why Ireland are not currently "firing on all cylinders," Johnny Sexton remained cautious.
"There are reasons," he noted, "[but] I'm not going to come out and explain them all."
"They'll just look like excuses from us.
"We just need to be better and that's the bottom line. "
