Ahead of the much anticipated All-Ireland Under 20 Hurling Final between Offaly and Tipperary in Nowlan Park this weekend, former Offaly hurler Daithi Regan joins Will O'Callaghan to look back on the 1989 Under 21 final between the two teams, probably one of the best famous games ever played at the grade.
