Ohana Zero Suicide Awareness is a voluntary organisation which intends to help the general population potentially save a life - with online training to identify the signs that someone may be suicidal and to direct them to the best place for help.
A person who is involved as a Director in this is Su Carty - a psychiatric nurse who is also a member of the World Rugby Council, an IRFU Committee member and a former player and referee.
Su joined John Duggan for a chat around the training, their sports clubs intiative, and dealing with your mental health during the pandemic.
