Andy Lee has spoken about being the 'bad cop' on Tyson Fury's coaching ticket, in wanting Fury to avoid the theatrics during his Las Vegas win over Deontay Wilder.
In tongue-in-cheek comments to OTB AM, Lee said he was against Fury's overblown ring walk - but you try telling one of the world's foremost heavyweight contender that!
"You saw his ringwalk - that was his idea. To come out to 'Fury's on fire - your defence is terrified' and to switch into Patsy Cline's 'Crazy' while sitting on a throne wearing a robe and a crown," said Lee.
"I thought it was ridiculous! I wasn't into it at all, I was thinking 'just get into the ring and get the job done!'
"I was actually looking at it and I am in the ring going 'nah, what are you doing now?!'
"Then to get up and sing a song after it - he is an all-round man - a throwback to the old days!"

Andy Lee on Fury-Joshua
While he was all business, Lee enjoyed the whole spectacle of Saturday night's showpiece once the business was done.
It is now that the boxing world can look forward to a potential all-British heavyweight championship fight between Fury and Anthony Joshua, to unify all of the available belts.
"There were eight thousand at the weigh-in and they had to turn away more. The place was packed," said Lee.
"It was so hard to get tickets for this fight. But they are building a big arena in Las Vegas for the Las Vegas Raiders and that could potentially host the [Fury-Joshua] fight.
"But he is a global superstar now."

As to being the 'all business' coach, Lee laughed at the suggestion that he was the 'bad cop' to SugarHill Steward's straight man.
"I don't like any messing around, I just like to get on with the business. That's it!"
