Former Donegal footballer Kevin Cassidy believes that the onus is now with Dublin to resolve the issue of where their upcoming fixtures with Donegal should take place.
The conversation on OTB AM came after Donegal GAA announced that they were seeking a meeting with GAA officials to clarify the situation regarding Croke Park acting as both a neutral and a home venue for the Dubs.
"The ball is back in Dublin's court, really. If Dublin were to stand up and say "We are happy to anywhere," then the GAA would probably be forced to go."
"If the GAA can pack out 82,000 in Croke Park then they are going to take the money at the end of the day. I know that this shouldn't be about money, but this has to be awarded better to ensure that this doesn't happen again so that the likes of Donegal, after winning Ulster, are rewarded by playing their first game at home to give them that advantage going forward."
"I don't think the Dublin lads probably mind [moving stadia]. It's financial, in the background - that's what this really comes down to because players will play anywhere.
