Roscommon manager Kevin McStay has accepted a 12-week ban from the GAA's Central Competitions Controls Committee for 'minor physical interference' during Sunday's match against Donegal.
The Rossies' boss had said in interviews following the match that he was frustrated at the official - Niall Cullen - and his perceived inaction on a tackle on Diarmuid Murtagh that he felt should have been penalised.
McStay was quoted after the match:
It should have been a free out.
"Then this big play just before half-time. It's obviously our free. The linesman sees it - Niall Cullen is right beside me, sees it and will not call it.
I go to him and ask him to call it. It's a very simple one to call. There's a bit of afters - our fella gets a wallop, and then they just blow up for half-time.
That's just not the way to officiate properly."
McStay the match ball in the direction of Cullen, before apologising for doing so.
Roscommon's next match is against Dublin, which McStay will now miss.
