Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn says Anthony Joshua's world title fight against Kubrat Pulvev could be re-scheduled for July.
The bout is scheduled to take place on June 20 in Tottenham Hotspur Stadium but the unified champions's title defence is on ice due to the outbreak of the Covid19 Pandemic.
Hearn is hopeful the event can take place on that date but revealed he is working on contingency plans if that slot can not be filled.
"A requirement for Anthony in his next fight, a necessity for him was to box in the UK. June 20 is a long time away, and it's still in our plans. We have been speaking to Tottenham to making sure that we're all on the same page,' Hearn told Sky Sports News.
With uncertainty over the Premier League season and potential of the League resuming in the summer after the postponement of EURO 2020, Hearn says those dates are subject to change.
"Obviously the Premier League decision will play a big part in a number of sports plans to put out new dates in place.
"We also have Dillian Whyte due to fight Povetkin on May 2. We have Derek Chisora due to fight Oleksandr Usyk on May 23. Anthony Joshua June 20, and all of those events are subject to change right now, ' added the Matchroom Boxing chief.

Medical issues also remain a concern for Hearn. He says fights will not take place unless the correct medical resources are available
"British Boxing Board of Control have said, 'which makes any event a complete no no,' is that we're not sure that the right doctors and medics can be provided for these events and more so - if there's an injury at these events, we don't know if they could receive the correct and right medical attention."
