As Jason Quigley prepares for his first bout since recording a disappointing defeat to Tureano Johnson, he will have the former middleweight world champion Andy Lee in his corner.
Lee, who is currently training the young Irish boxer Paddy Donovan for his first professional bout later this month, confirmed that he has been serving as Quigley's trainer in recent weeks ahead of the Donegal native's comeback fight in December.
Speaking on Off the Ball's 'Off the Brawl' alongside Donovan, Andy Lee addressed a video that Jason Quigley had posted on his Twitter account of the pair sparring.
"It wasn't the most flattering video," he said with a laugh, "I think I'd just waken up out of bed.
"I've been helping Jason and we've been training for a few weeks now.
"Obviously, he's coming back from a bad loss, he's got to rebuild and find that hunger again, find that fire which I believe is there.
"He's fighting December 6 I believe in California and I'm going to train him for that fight."

After a strong start to his professional career, Quigley's six-fight winning streak came undone against Johnson in July.
He had been training under Dominic Ingle since 2017, but Quigley will now work with the former middleweight world champion as he looks to redeem himself later this year.
Revealing what he had learned of Jason Quigley in their weeks working as trainer and boxer, Lee, who admitted that he didn't wholly understand the fighter's openness in light of the first professional defeat, has been impressed with his work in the gym.
"What he has shown me in the gym shows me that whatever he puts in the public sphere might be different to what he's feeling inside," he explained.
"What he has shown me in the gym is that he's working hard and even within a small few weeks, small adjustments are making a huge difference.
"He's very teachable."
