Fans that flocked to Funderland last night would have been disappointed to find the amusements closed for a private event.
Conor McGregor took to twitter to take credit for shutting Funderland. The MMA fighter along with his family and friends visited the RDS.
Funderland, a Christmas tradition for many Dubliners includes the Waltzers, Bumper Cars, the Power Wave, Break Dance and the amazing Star Flyer called "Around the World".

McGregor posted a picture on instagram showing a line of luxury cars along with the caption: "The only q in the place"
He added: “This is a happy young man in the midst of it all! God bless this life. Truly god bless.
“I opened up funderland tonight, for my family and friends to have fun on this fresh January Monday. The Monday blues are just a day and a colour. Some buzz baby what's up hahahaha... who else."
