Paul Pogba has given Manchester United manager another headache by suffering an injury while on international duty.
The midfielder left France training early on Monday evening having felt an issue with his thigh.
The reigning world champions can secure a place at Qatar 2022 this week with a victory at home to Kazakhstan. France are top of World Cup qualifying Group D, and will be away to Finland in their final game.
Pogba sustained the thigh injury in taking a shot in Monday's training session at Clairefontaine.

The 28-year old was examined on-site by the France medical staff, with the instant prognosis being pessimistic.
Pogba will be assessed further before a final decision is made regarding his availability for the Kazakh game.
The midfielder wasn't involved in either of Manchester United's most recent two Premier League games, but did play 69-minutes of his club's 2-2 draw away to Atalanta in the Champions League.
Pogba will be free to speak to other clubs in January, as he's out of contract in the summer. Late last month, his agent Mino Raiola said there was "no update" on his client's contract talks at Old Trafford.
Earlier this year, Raiola hinted at a potential return for Pogba to Juventus, the club he left in 2016 for a then world record fee of €105million.
"For sure Turin has remained in his heart and he cares a lot about these things," the agent said, "The possibility of returning to Juventus is there but it also depends on Juve."
