The Football Association of Ireland (FAI) is facing more questions over the hacking incident which occurred earlier this month.
The Irish Independent is reporting that there is a possibility the salary and bank account details of John Delaney, Mick McCarthy and other leading FAI employees may have been compromised by the cyber attack.
The report goes on to say that FAI staff have been told that bank account and PPS details may have been accessed when the organisation's email servers were hacked.
Forensic computer scientists have been working on the case and there is evidence that the payroll server was disrupted during the cyber attack.
An Abbotstown spokesman told the Irish Independent: "at this moment in time, there is no evidence to suggest data has been accessed externally. We are continuously monitoring the situation."
Mick McCarthy was asked about the data breach in the build-up to last week's Euro 2020 qualifier against Denmark and said: "I do not have an FAI email address so it is not affecting me."
Earlier in the week the association assured Irish supporters that payment details used when purchasing tickets had not been compromised as part of the breach.
