2017 winners Manchester United will play Belgian side Club Bruges in the last 32 of the Europa League.
Bruges are top of the league in Belgium with just one top-flight defeat all season.
Arsenal have been paired with Greek club Olympiakos, who finished third in their Champions League group behind Bayern Munich and Tottenham.
Wolves will face the team bottom of La Liga, Espanyol.
United and Arsenal will be away for the first leg while Wolves will have home advantage.
Scottish champions Celtic will play Copenhagen, currently second in the Danish Superliga.
Rangers will come up against Portuguese club Braga, who are ninth in the Primeira Liga.
The first legs will take place on Thursday, 20 February with the return matches a week later on 27 February.
