Holders Manchester City will travel to Preston in the Carabao Cup third round when the Premier League's top six enter the competition.
The draw was made last night following the conclusion of all but one tie in the second round.
Irish goalkeeper saved three spot-kicks as Bournemouth won on penalties against Forest Green.
Robbie Brady didn't feature in Burnley's 3-1 defeat to Sunderland in the second-round.
Leicester also advanced on penalties after their 1-all draw at Newcastle.
Everton conceded after only 23 seconds but recovered to beat Lincoln City 4-2. Swansea thrashed Cambridge 6-0 and Portsmouth were 2-0 winners at QPR.
The third round draw will also see Liverpool travel to MK Dons, Manchester United will welcome League One side Rochdale to Old Trafford.
Last year's finalists Chelsea will play Grimsby or Macclesfield while Tottenham play League Two's Colchester United and Arsenal host Nottingham Forest.
The ties will be played the week beginning 23 September.
