The fourth round of coronavirus testing at SSE Airtricity League clubs Derry City, Dundalk and Shamrock Rovers has produced no positive results.
Results for the players and staff at Bohemians will be made known on Monday.
All four teams are scheduled to play a mini-tournament behind closed doors next month, ahead of football's formal resumption in Ireland.
There hasn’t been a single positive result among the four testing rounds conducted so far.
As things stand, the SSE Airtricity League is the only summer league in Europe that hasn't agreed upon a return to play.
Talks about the financial package for clubs accompanying a return bore no fruit on Thursday night.
"“It just looks like we’re settling for mediocrity. That mindset needs to change", Dundalk midfielder Patrick McEleney told the club's site.
"People need to accelerate things.
"It obviously has to be safe to return, and everyone gets that, but people really need to get together, talk about the other issues and get things moving."
The four European-qualified sides could end up sacrificing some of their UEFA money in an effort to kick-start the current league season.
But it's not just the clubs that are feeling the pinch, according to McEleney, "It’s a tricky time.
"It’s been tough on players because there’s been a lot of speculation and we obviously read and listen to things.
"I don’t really know the situation is at other clubs but the country needs the League of Ireland to get back as soon as possible because it’s a big part of people’s lives."
