Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has said Joel Matip, Trent Alexander Arnold and Andy Robertson are all available for the Premier League showdown against Spurs.
Sunday's Premier League game at Anfield is the first between the sides since the Champions League final, which Liverpool won 2-0 in Madrid back on June 1st.
There is a 13 point gap between the teams in the top flight, Liverpool lying first, Tottenham seventh.
Klopp has ruled Xherdan Shaqiri out of the game because of his 'big muscles'.
Klopp respects the threat Tottenham can bring, after they beat Red Star Belgrade 5-0 during the week:
"The Spurs' situation, I cannot judge. I have no idea. Football is like this. They have not forgotten how to play football. Harry Kane, Son, Alli, Eriksen, you cannot understand it from outside, but they can play a proper performance. We won the Champions League final, it was respectful night."
Klopp has praised Adam Lallana after his goalscoring contribution against Manchester United:
"A lot of substitutes have had an impact for us and that is great for us. I was pleased for Adam Lallana and he was so close to start at Genk. We respect all these signs of course. If you show up in a game, then you are in a different part of a manager's brain."
There was also high praise from Jurgen Klopp for Alex Oxlade Chamberlain following the midfielder's two goal burst versus Genk:
"I didn't see a goal like his second maybe ever. It was special. He had a serious injury, but he is a long time back now. The best moments in a career, you don't think too much, you just do it. It's about feeling the game using your skills. That is what you lose in rehab. Flow is not there. To be reliable again, you need time."
Liverpool have not lost at home in the League since April 2017, and they haven't lost to Spurs at Anfield since 2011.
