Chris Farrell joins Dan Goggin in midfield with JJ Hanrahan selected at out-half and Neil Cronin in the nine shirt for the game at Cork's Irish Independent Park.
James Cronin, Niall Scannell, and John Ryan form an all Irish international front-row with Fineen Wycherley and captain Billy Holland in the second-row.
Holland skippers the side on the occasion of his 226th appearance for the province.
