The 24-year-old amateur will tee off for his final round on Sunday 10 shots off the lead that's held by England's Aaron Rai.
He's just one shot clear of the chasing pack with Australian Maverick Antcliff breathing down his neck for what should be an entertaining final round.

Of the other Irish players in the field then Jonathan Caldwell will get his final round underway on Sunday from 4-over-par while Colm Moriarty will take to the course three shots back on 7-over-par.
Mark Power is set to resume from 8-over-par and Damien McGrane from 9-over-par.
