Yesterday evening, Anthony Cunningham released an incredibly strongly-worded statement as he announced his departure as Galway hurling manager.
It was the culmination of a period of huge uncertainty around his future and tensions with a significant number of players.
In his statement, Cunningham claimed that the turn of events were "a kangaroo court decision, led by a core group of players orchestrated with the help of others outside Galway".
Today, Off The Ball's Colm 'Wooly' Parkinson was getting to the bottom of the matter, speaking to a number of key sources, and on tonight's show he spoke about the information provided to him.
"The players drove it. The consistent message that's coming out is that the players drove that and they drove the standards in training and they've issues with Anthony Cunningham's communication skills, his man-management skills, tactical skills. There's lots of different things they're not happy with," said Wooly of what he's been told today.
