For the second time in three years, Limerick are Bord Gais Energy Munster Under-21 Hurling champions.
And the last time they took provincial honours at that age grade in 2015, they went on all the way to become All Ireland winners.
Tonight, they beat Cork 0-16 to 1-11 at the Gaelic Grounds to advance to an All Ireland semi final against Galway.
While Limerick did have a sizeable lead after the opening half, Cork fought back to leave two points in it at the end.
Limerick hurler Seamus Hickey as at the Gaelic Grounds for Off The Ball and summed up the action at full time.
"They weren't particularly dominant today. Two points was what the difference was between the two teams. It was very, very tight," he said.
"The second half got really, really interesting towards the end of the second half. The effort was superb, the dander was up, a few lads bouncing off each other with shoulders. It was really, really good honest hurling but Limerick didn't do enough to pull away and Cork, when that last ball went in, I was very nervous because that could have bounced anywhere."
On Cork, Hickey felt "they couldn't work the ball well enough at times" which ultimately contributed to them falling short.
