Donal O'Grady has retired from inter-county hurling, Limerick manager TJ Ryan has confirmed.
The 35-year-old Granagh-Ballingarry man appeared 46 times for Limerick and he captained the Treaty county to a Munster title in 2013.
He had not committed to the panel for 2016 and manager TJ Ryan confirmed his departure from the inter-county scene after his side defeated Cork 3-17 to 18 points in Mallow on Sunday afternoon.
