The World Anti-Doping Agency have suspended the Russia anti-doping agency for non-compliace and also declared that a number of other countries fall under that category.
Andorra, Israel, Argentina, Ukraine and Bolivia have been declared non-compliant with "immediate effect" in a communique published in a series of tweets tonight:

Russia, which has already been provisionally suspended by the International Association of Athletics Federations as the result of a recent doping scandal, has also been confirmed as non-compliant:

And WADA have also stated that a number of other countries have been placed on a compliance "watch list" with a deadline set for March 18th to meet standards:
