How does it feel to be the best in Europe at what you do?
There are not many Irish athletes that can see they are the best in the continent at what they do, but for Arthur Lanigan O'Keeffe, he can proudly call himself a European Champion.
In recent weeks, we have brought you Arthur's journey to the European Championships as he put in more than 900 hours of training ahead of the event. He added before the event; "to say I'm nervous is an understatement".
After winning the Championships, he spoke to Off the Ball's Richie McCormack about winning and what it meant to qualify for next years Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
