The International Association of Athletics Federations has been under intense scrutiny as its former president Lamine Diack and other officials are being investigated regarding corruption allegations.
But the allegations regarding systematic doping of Russian athletes have also added to track and field's issues to grapple with.
Former Olympic gold medalist and current IAAF president Sebastian Coe has been reacting to the latest scandal in the press today, giving the Russian federation a deadline to respond to the allegations.
But he also appeared on Channel 4, where news presenter Jon Snow grilled him about his role:
