According to the Associated Press, it will claim that there was no way members of IAAF hierarchy could have been unaware of doping cover-ups in Russia. That group includes the current President Sebastian Coe.
The report which was written by Dick Pound, the former President of the World Anti-Doping Agency is expected to show that former IAAF President Lamine Diack spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin to try and ensure that certain Russian athletes suspected of doping infringements would not compete in the 2013 World Athletics Championships in Moscow.
Russia's athletics team are currently banned from international competition and that ban and may miss out on competing at the Olympic Games in Brazil, should today's report reveal more damning findings.
