The Minnesota Vikings blew a chance to reach the NFC Divisional Round for the first time in three years after kicker Blair Walsh missed a field goal in the last 25 seconds of their game against the Seattle Seahawks.
Blair Walsh's go-ahead 27-yard FG is WIDE LEFT. Richard Sherman loses it. Michael Bennett loses it. Wow. #SEAvsMIN https://t.co/GfnJlvUbGU

The Vikings led 9-0 at the start of the fourth quarter, before a Doug Baldwin touchdown and a Steven Hauschka gave the Seahawks the lead 10-9.
In what was the coldest NFL game ever to take place in Minnesota and the third coldest in NFL history, fans were doing their best to stay warm and hydrated in the conditions.

Walsh had successfully scored from all three of his previous kicks in the game and took the blame for the Vikings defeat telling the press after the game; "It's my fault".
The Seattle Seahawks are now just two wins away from becoming the third team ever to play in three consecutive SuperBowls. They travel to Charlotte next weekend to face the Carolina Panthers.
