A wheelchair basketball game which descended into a brawl in Germany has left seven people needing medical treatment, according to police.
About 60 fans from the Istanbul-based clubs Besiktas and Galatasaray were involved in the skirmish and began attacking each other with knives and baseball bats.
"The game had to be abandoned and seven fans were taken to nearby hospitals. Six of them were released after receiving treatment," said a police spokesman in a statement.
The clubs are fierce rivals of one another in both basketball and soccer, luckily none of the injuries sustained were said to be serious.
The game was part of the four-day European Champions Cup, a club competition being played in the eastern German town of Zwickau.
