Russian president Vladimir Putin has cancelled a meeting to discuss the doping allegations against his country.
It was due to be held in Sochi, the city which hosted last year's Winter Olympics, but has been cancelled because of weather.
Russia's athletics federation stands accused of systematic doping, with an independent commission chaired by ex-World Anti-Doping Agency president Dick Pound recommending that the country be suspended from competition.
Meanwhile, Russian sports minister Vitaly Mutko, of whom the commission believes "it was impossible for him not to be aware" of what was going on, says Britain's anti-doping system is worth "zero" if it failed to catch drug cheats at the 2012 Olympics.
