World Championship leader Nico Rosberg looks set to increase his lead in the Driver's Standings on Sunday afternoon, after taking pole position at the Russian Grand Prix.
The German driver will be joined on the front row of the grid by Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel. It is the second Grand Prix in a row where World Champion Lewis Hamilton suffered issues in qualifying. He starts in tenth.

Rosberg has won the opening three Grand Prix of the season as he looks to win his first ever World title. The German driver is looking to follow in the footsteps of his father Keke who won the title in 1982.
If the 30-year-old won the title, he would become only the second son of a Formula 1 World Champion to match his father's achievements. Graham and Damon Hill won the title in 1962, 1968 and 1996 respectively.
Rosberg and Vettel will be joined by Williams' Valtteri Bottas and Vettel's Ferrari team mate Kimi Raikkonen in the front two rows.
