Ahead of their boxing match in Las Vegas on August 26th, Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather may be bringing their press tour to Ireland.
McGregor has previously come to blows with the UFC over media tours to promote his fights. The current UFC lightweight champions lost his place on the UFC 200 card last summer for not appearing at a press conference to promote his fight with Nate Diaz, prompting his premature retirement - a decision which he subsequently reversed.
The Irishman refused to travel to a press conference and had come off the back of a year-long tour to promote his featherweight title bout with Jose Aldo just seven months earlier.

Now it appears McGregor will be globetrotting once again to promote the fight against Mayweather.
Respected MMA journalist and analyst Luke Thomas tweeted: "Just spoke to Jeff Mayweather. Not confirmed, but it sounds like the #MayweatherMcGregor press tour is potentially headed to Ireland."
