South African golfer Louis Oosthuizen has decided to opt out of the 2016 Olympics.
The 2010 Open winner follows in the wake of Australia's Adam Scott, who announced that he would not be going to Rio this summer.
The 2016 Games are the first to feature golf as an event since 1904.
Oosthuizen (33) cited family and scheduling reasons for his decision.
"I have always represented South Africa with pride so I didn't make my decision without a great deal of thought," he said.
"I would like to wish our golfers and all other athletes competing in Brazil all the very best for success."
Ex-World No 1 Vijay Singh of Fiji is also not taking part in the Games, citing the Zika virus.
