Shane Lowry returns to competitive action this week in Scotland after taking a few weeks off.
He is competing in the Alfred Dunhill Links Chmapionship in Scotland. It is his first tournament in Europe since winning the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational at the start of August.
Lowry continues to be congratulated by friends on the Tour after winning in Ohio but he is trying to focus now on the rest of the season."I'm trying to put that in the back of my head".
The win in America leaves Lowry comfortably inside the World's top 50 and it makes planning for future events a little easier. "It's just nice to be able to sit down and plan my schedule for next year".
The Clara native spoke to Nick Dye ahead of his opening round tomorrow.
