Lance Armstrong returned to the roads of France to take part in a charity cycle earlier this week.
The cyclist last competed in the Tour de France in 2010 and returns to the country for the first time since he was banned from the sport for certain activities.
Before he took to the roads however Lance had some questionable insights into Team Sky's practices and some insight into how they have become so dominant.
It's a bit hypocritical of a man who has been firmly in the public eye over the past number of years for his 'unusual' practices to get one over on the competition
