Round-up of day's GAA action as Mayo slump to Division Two

10 months on from its first game, the GAA's Allianz National Football League concluded today.

For the first time in 23 years, Mayo have been relegated to Division Two.

A one-point loss to Tyrone in Castlebar, where it finished up 3-14 to 1-19, saw James Horan's side go down.

Conor McKenna found the back of the net twice for Mickey Harte's side as well as Darragh Canavan.

Monaghan secured a vital point as they played out a 2-14 to 1-17 draw with already relegated Meath in Clones to secure their safety.

At the other end of the table, Dublin finished second after Kerry claimed their 21st title on Saturday with Victory over Donegal in Tralee.

That's after Dublin beat Galway on a scoreline of 2-15 to 1-15 in Pearse Stadium.

Seán Bugler with a goal for the Dubs in the 49th minute before Con O'Callaghan got the second in injury-time.

Roscommon secured the Division Two title on Saturday with a two-point win over Cavan while Armagh were also promoted.

In Division Three Derry beat Offaly on Sunday afternoon with 1-12 to 1-10 the final score in Tullamore while Leitrim were relegated to Division Four after they lost to Tipperary by two points.

2-11 to 15 points was the final score in Carrick-On-Shannon.

And already relegated Louth beat Down on a scoreline of 3-14 to 16 points in Dundalk.

Elsewhere, in the Liberty Insurance All Ireland Senior Camogie Championship Waterford beat Munster rivals Limerick 2-15 to to 9 points in Group 2 today.

While Tipperary saw off Dublin 1-13 to 11 points in Group 3.
